Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using everyimg.studio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

everyimg Studio provides a browser-based image editor and free image tools (background removal, object removal, upscaling, filters, and more). Processing runs locally in your browser; your images never leave your device. Actions explicitly marked as server-based (currently “Restore photo”) transmit the image transiently to our AI provider for processing — see the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Free Use and Credits

• The editor and the local tools are free of charge, without sign-up.
• Server-based AI actions include a limited free daily budget per device. Beyond that, they consume credits purchased via Stripe.
• Credits never expire. They are bound to your device and can be restored on another device via the e-mail address used at checkout. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash; a failed server action does not consume a credit.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool without prior notice.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

Credits are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Statutory rights for defective services remain unaffected.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you open and to all output produced by the tools. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the images you process and that you do not use the Service to process unlawful content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; use automated systems to excessively access the Service or circumvent usage limits; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the tools or AI results for any specific purpose. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

9. Intellectual Property

The website design, code, and branding are owned by Christian Lechner. All output produced by the tools belongs entirely to the user.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For disputes, the courts of Bolzano, Italy shall have jurisdiction; mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
